Community Liaison Officer

We regularly hold engagement days where one of our Customer Service colleagues travels to one of our sites and sets up in an informal, walk-in centre where you will have an opportunity to discuss your energy account, any questions you may have regarding charges and we will be able to give you an overview of the service that we offer.

Video Calls

We’re now offering videocalls should this be of interest to you, we are offering this service instead of drop-in session while we keep our customers and staff safe during the ongoing pandemic. There will be 20-minute timeslots available and we can be flexible with allocating timeslots and dates or if you would prefer a longer period.

What equipment will you need?

You will need access to a smart phone, computer or tablet with video call capability.  If you are using a smartphone you will need to download the application Microsoft Teams.  Downloading and using this as a guest is free to use and you will not incur any subscription costs to use this. In your meeting invite we will send you a step by step guide on how to join the video call.
